  • We are an out-of-network provider so we do not take health insurance BUT we do provide superbills for people with out-of-network benefits

  • Yes, we do accept HSA/FSA.

  • A superbill is a medical receipt that we provide when you pay upfront for your session. You can submit this to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

    Insurance will determine how much they will reimburse, and there is never a guarantee of reimbursement.

  • A 24 hours advance notice is required if you decide to cancel or reschedule. we require . If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.

  • Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving and sweating in during your physical therapy session.

  • After your initial assessment, your physical therapist will give you a recommendation based on your specific needs. Most clients feel better, move better, and are ready to return to full activity within 12 sessions.

  • All evaluations and follow-up sessions are one hour long and completely one-on-one with your performance physical therapist.
